Wow I love couscous! It is soo so simple to make and good for you. Couscous is a great alternative to rice and potatoes and can be eaten with almost amything. I normally buy my couscous from ASDA and all you have to do to cook it is to add a drizzle of olive oil, a knob of butter and boining water. Once you have done this you just need to leave for around 5 mins whilst the couscous soaks up the liquid and then its ready to eat.
