This is my creation.......and boy is a damm good one!!

The best chocolate brownie dessert ever!

What you will need:
Chocolate brownie(s)
Plain/vanilla ice cream
Squirty cream
Maple syrup
Chopped nuts (opptional)

Th dessert is best served on a side plate so that you or the lucky person devouring it can see it in all it's glory!
So you start with your brownie ( I always use the In-store Bakery brownie's from Sainsburys as they are perfect in size, shape & taste)....so your brownie is positioned in the middle of the plate, you then need to heat your brownie in a microwave for about 40 seconds, this usually gets the brownie hot enough just before it starts to sizzle in there.

So being careful you remove the brownie from the microwave, and take a generous scoop (or 2 if your feeling generous) and this gets put directly on top of the brownie.

Then to this you take the squirty cream and carefully squirt to the top and one side of the mound, you can decide on how much you squirt but I generally squirt less than the portion of ice cream you have given. Then I like to drizzle the maple syrup in a circular motion over the top and finish with a slight sprinkle of chopped nuts.

I like this dessert as it combines the mixture of a hot and cold dessert, which makes the ice cream melt slighly along with the squirty cream all over the brownie. The syrup and nuts just add a little extra flavour and texture which I feel compliments the dessert well. I have always served this dessert when freinds and family has eaten at mine and it has always been well recieved.

You can take your time and carefully put this together and make it look quite appealing or if it's a quick sugar fix snack it can just put together quite quickly - the taste is still the same.........FANTASTIC!
