Banoffee Pie

I am a huge pudding fan and this Banoffee Pie is quick and simple to make and will have everyone coming back for seconds.

To make this you need Digestive Biscuits, Butter, Bananas, Toffee Sauce, Double Cream, Caster Sugar and Chocolate.

First take the Digestive Biscuits about half to three quarters of a packet and crushed them, melt some butter in a sauce pan and once all melted mix into the crushed biscuits.

Then put the mixture in a deep dish and press down with a spoon then put in the fridge to cool.

Once cooled, slice up some bananas and put on top of the biscuits, then drizzle the bananas with toffee sauce.

Then whip up some double cream until stiff and then add some caster suger, put this on top of the bananas, and grate chocolate over the top, i usually get a flake as grating chocolate is not as easy as expected.

Once ready put back into the fridge until ready to serve.

This is great as one big dish to serve or little seperate dishes. The only disadvantage to this dessert is that after about 24 - 36 hours in the fridge the fresh cream goes funny, so best to eat as soon as possible.

I have not give measurements as this is a pudding that i think you should make according to your tastebuds as i like quite a lot off toffee sauce as i have a sweet tooth.

Summary: great for all
