Advantages: Very versatile, cheap

Disadvantages: Smell

I use eggs in omlettes, Yorkshire puddings, cakes these are an essential ingredient for cooking and baking.
Eggs are nice on their own or as an accopliment with something, they are good for having scrambled on toast - this is an easy way to make eggs and nice tasting too, mix in a splash of milk with the eggs and some salt and pepper and put on a couple of slices of toast hey presto scrambled eggs, these do pong a bit when you cook them so be warned

The look?

These come in packs of 6, 12, 15, or greater and retail depending on the quality, I won't actually state what an egg looks like as surely a bit obvious

Price?

For 18 medium sized free range eggs Asda sell these for around £3.37, these are the rolls Royce of eggs as the chickens are free to roam around so cost more to farm than the caged version.

About the Taste?

Their taste is hard to describe really, just eggy really and it depends totally on how you cook them as to how they taste really as they are very versatile as other ingredients can be easily added for additional flavour

Healthy?

Most elements of eggs carry the yellow traffic lights. The yolk is not as good for you as the white is. 143 kcal per 100grams

Conclusion?

Very versatile and easy to make, good in addition to something (egg and chips) or on their own (omelette)

Summary: Spot on!
