Thai Noodle Salad - only for those who like some heat! (Healthy Recipes)

Advantages: Delicious, and quick & easy to make. Disadvantages: Be careful what you do with those chilli chopping fingers!
This Thai Noodle salad is a mix of a few recipes which I have tried in the past, I think I've finally cracked it, this is a great little dish for a light lunch or served with grilled chicken, prawns or beef for a more substantial meal. Summary: Simple and healthy with lots of taste. |
