Advantages: Nice and Crunchy

Disadvantages: None

Roast potatos is a must have with the usual Sunday Roast.A typical English Roast.

But sometimes they do not come out how you want them too.Can be soggy and tastless

Here is a quick Tip on how to get your Roasties nice and Crunchy on the outside, and fluffy in the middle. And a Delicious flavour to them.I use King Edwards Potato's personally.

Once peeling your potatos, half boil them....
While they are boiling.Put the tray with the oil (Not too much oil) in the oven to heat up ready to place the potatos in.
While that is doing, drain your half boiled potatos and give them a light shake. This will make them fluff up and all the edge of the potato becomes rough. Add them to the hot oil.

Now for the flavour...and I got this from my Mother-in-Law.
Pour some of the oil that the potato's are in over the potato's and then Sprinkle Sage N Onion stuffing over the potato's straight from it's packet. Then all you need to do is put the potato's in the oven on a high temperature and you get nice tasting crispy potato's to go with your roast dinner.

Obviously if you do not like Sage N Onion stuffing, you don't have to add this.

Enjoy. :)

Summary: A nice way of making sure those potato's go crispy, and they taste great.
