Advantages: Tasty,easy to make

Disadvantages: Spicy

Preparing good food is kind of a hobby of mine. And I just love to cook food.Today I want to share one of my favorite recipe called "Chicken Dopeyaza".It is an Indian dish, and it is a very tasty dish indeed. To prepare "Chicken Dopeyaza",we need the following ingredients:-

1)Chicken,(quantity based on you)
2)Lots of chopped onions,
3)Ginger,
4)Dry red chili,
5)Garlic,
6)Salt to taste,
7)Sugar,
8)Garam Masala(mix of Indian spices),
9)Fresh cream,
10)Oil.

So,lets start,at first take a cooking pan,and put some oil in it,now pour the garam masala in it,and now pour the chopped onions into it.And also put little bit if salt and sugar into it,and fry them well for 3 minutes, and when it becomes golden brown pour the chicken into it.And now cook it in a very low flame for 15 minutes, after that pour garlic paste, and dry red chili, and fresh cream, salt into it,and again add some more garam masala in it.Now cook it for 30 minutes while continuously stirring. At the end add some more cream into it.Now your "Chicken Dopeyaza" is ready to eat.Serve it hot with Biryani, pulao, chapati,or it can be served with plain rice also.

Try this dish friends,it is too much tasty, and I make it once in a month in my home, and I just love to eat it.I hope you will also love this dish.

Summary: A very popular Indian dish, try it.
