Everybody likes mashed potato, it's a really easy to make food and can go with almost anything in a meal. Plus kids really like it for some reason. The only thing I that I think is bad about mashed potato is that it can have a bit of a bland taste so I normally mix some ketchup into it, yum. Potatoes are one of the very few foods I enjoy in all its forms - well, with one exception - I don't like sweet potatoes, which typically are the best kind for you. They are very large and an orangy colour on the inside (the outside is also more orangy than regular potatoes). They are, if you will, the wholemeal version of potatoes, but like their name, are in fact quite sweet, and it is very rare than I enjoy mixing sweet and ssavory so I'll pass on these thanks!
