Advantages: Great taste

Disadvantages: More turkey ?

As if you have not had enough turkey here is a great little recipe that will provide a wonderful taste sensation. All he ingredients can be ound in your local supermarket and if you shop at Tesco they have some good value tirkey fillets available which are ideal for this recipe.

Ingredients

450g of turkey
1 tsp corn oil
2 tbsp curry powder
2 ripe bananas
1 tsp finely chopped red chilli
1 tbsp freshlime juice
1 tbsp chopped resh coriander
half red pepper diced.

First cut the turkey into chunks. Mix the oil and curry powder in a bowl and coat the turkey pieces in the mixture and leave to marinate for about 4 hours in the fridge.

To make the salsa dice the banana and mix with all the remaining ingredients and chill it well before serving.

The turkey kebabs are best prepeared on the BBQ or under the grill. Place the turkey onto skewers and grill for about ten minutes turning regularly. It is important to make sure that the turkey does not dry out howver it does need to be cooked through fully.

I like this served with rice however it goes equally as well with salad and makes for a healthy nourishing meal.

Hope you enjoy it.

Summary: Poultry recipe.

Sounds like a good recipe, but I never want to see any more turkey in my life.
