Advantages: Tasty, interesting healthy and vegetarian

Disadvantages: No meat

Hmm I don't like salads with only lettuce and green things in them I find them boring and look unappetizing to eat, the salad I am about to describe may sound strange but it is really tasty and colourful.

So the ingredients:

spinach
goats cheese
dried cranberries
rocket
vine tomatoes/ cherry tomatoes

You also need plates or bowls a vegetable knife, possibly a colander, as well as utensils to eat it with.

It is pretty simple to make and is a bit more diverse than most other salads but on the plus side it is vegetarian and does look interesting.

So wash your spinach, rocket and tomatoes.
Chop your goats cheese into cubes and if you are using vine tomatoes chop them into quarters or sixths depending on their size.

Put all your ingredients into a bowl and mix them about a bit, the cranberries are quite heavy though and seem to fall towards the bottom.

Sometimes I do add jarred beetroot or stuffed olives as well, it just depends what I find in the kitchen cupboard, I think thats what is so great about salads and cooking in general there is no right or wrong way to do something. I do like experimenting with different flavours and textures. Maybe asparagus tips would be good too.

Summary: Full of nutrients, make a good starter or interesting snack
