Advantages: Quick

Disadvantages: can't remember the pasta brand..

There's this great pasta in supermarkets now, it takes only 5 Minutes to cook, I can't remember the name (Sorry!) but it's in the pasta aisle. You simple add the desired amount to boiling water and after 5 minutes you have perfectly cooked pasta! :)
Then, there are a number of things you can add. The simplest is grated cheese, it tastes even better if you use more than 1 type of cheese and make sure you put it on the pasta as soon as you take it off the heat so it melts properly.
Other things you could add are:

Tuna and mayonnaise - simply add a can of tuna and stir in mayonnaise. Add a small bit of curry powder aswell for added flavour!
Salad - This is extra healthy. Just chop up some tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, spring onion, watercress, any veg really! If you find it too dry, add a bit of mayonnaise or salad cream
Bacon and Mushrooms - this is one of my favourites. Chop up some mushrooms and either grill, fry or oven bake them depending on your preference. Same with the bacon, then chop this into small pieces. Stir these into the pasta
These are just some suggestions. You could use anything you want really :)

I don't like the quick cook pasta very much it can overcook really easily and doesn't taste as good. Seeing that good quality 'ordinary' pasta only takes 10-12 minutes to cook do we really need 5 minute pasta for the sake of saving 5 minutes?

Are we all really that pushed for time?...
