Advantages: Very quick and easy

Disadvantages: Probably not very healthy

In our house my husband works and I stay at home looking after our children and doing all the 'housewifey' things. One thing that really gets on my nerves is thinking of new meals that are easy and quick but also very exciting.
Sometimes I just can't be bothered to cook so I will usually do something like a jacket potato or hot dogs which are very quick and easy to prepare. The other day I came across this recipe in Sainsbury's so I thought I would share it. It literally takes two minutes to prepare and ten minutes to cook and although it doesn't sound like much I can assure you it's soooooo tasty!

Naan bread pizzas.

You'll need:

Garlic and Coriander Naan breads (how many you need will depend on how many you think you'll eat).
Mature cheese
Tomatoes (Cherry tomatoes are the best because they are more flavoursome but any will do)

What to do:
1) Take naan breads out of the bag and put on a baking tray
2) Cut up the tomatoes in slices and place 'here and there' over the naan bread.
3) Grate the cheese over the top.
4) Put in the oven on gas mark4/180'C/350'F for ten minutes.

And there you have it the quickest meal ever. Like I said it sounds rubbish but it's actually really tasty. If you don't want it as a quick meal then you can do chips or potato wedges with it. You can also add different toppings to suit you.

Summary: A very tasty meal.

I make pizzas with pittas using refried beans instead of tomato sauce. Yum!

I do this but I mash up tomatoes with tomato puree or heinz's tomato sauce with a chili twist, and add a bit of fresh garlic.
