After reading a lot of opinions on Burger King, I have decided to give out my recipe of a good Bean Burger that will make you a very happy chappy. Why? Well if you stop going to Burger King and then you won’t be eating burger like Bean Burger. So here is my very own recipe which 100% vegetarian. It is very easy to make. Ingredients 4 Medium Sized Potatoes 1 Can of Cooked Kidney Beans 1 Medium sized Onion chopped 1 Tea Spoon of Crushed Garlic 1 Tea Spoon of Ginger ½ Tea Spoon of Green Chillies Half Fresh Lemon 2 Table Spoon of Bread Croutons 6 Round or Long Bread Rolls Mayonnaise Ketchup 6-10 Iceberg Lettuce Leaves Mixture First boil the potatoes and then once cooked, peel them and mash it with the masher. Drain the Kidney Beans out of the can and mash them together with the potatoes. Then mix the onions, garlic, ginger and chillies. Add some salt according to your requirements and a half lemon. You can add 2 tea spoons of sugar if you don’t mind a bit of sweet taste. But this is optional. Take a handful of the mixture and form it into patties and roll it into the breadcrumbs. Fry it in a non-stick pan with a very small amount of oil until nicely browned on each side. Toast the rolls. And serve the Bean Burger in a roll with some Ketchup, Lettuce and Mayonnaise. I hope that you will like this better than what you tasted at Burger King.
