Advantages: Easy and quick to prepare - put whatever you want in them! Bacon Sarnies!!

Disadvantages: Gone off ham doesnt taste too good :(

Everyone loves a good sandwich, its part of daily life. Typically most people will have a nice delicious sandwich at lunchtime but I like to have one after work, after dinner (If im feeling a little peckish!) and just simply for a bite to eat throughout the day.

Of course home made sandwiches are the best, better than those over-priced, fake, tasteless sandwiches WICH you can buy from the shops.

Sandwiches are perfect for the old kids lunchboxes and are great if you are always on the go. They are a great money saver and one sandwich can cost as little as 40p - one meal brought from Mcdonalds could cost you up to a fiver! And its healthier!

My strange and peculiar sandwich inventions:

Banana and syrup
chocolate spread and cheese (I don't recommend it)
peanut butter and jelly
Just butter!

Normal sandwich inventions:

Marmite
Jam
Peanut butter
chocolate spread
ham, mayo and salad
ham, tomato and mayo
ham and coleslaw
salami and cheese (melted) - My personal favourite.
Ham and pickle
Bacon sarnies! --- (Drules)

The list is endless!

Don't forget if you have a sandwich toaster handy bung a few tasty filings in there and with some cheese. 2 minutes later you have heaven in bread! mmmmmm!
