Lec L5026 ... got this fridge in June as a birthday present for my husband...strange I know, but it was needed very veryyyyy badly after moving from a furnished to unfurnished kitchen, and having no fridge or freezer was getting difficult...!!! The fridge we got was what they call "graded", meaning that the appliance somewhere on it has some minor cosmetic "injury" which means it cannot be sold full price by LEC (or any other manufacturer), this is normally a scratch, or a dint, and never affects the workings of the appliance, but you know what it s like, everything has to be perfect, and instead of just throwing the slightly damaged appliances, they knock £50 ... Beko Fridges & Freezers ... ve had a Beko Glacier now for about 10 years. During this time, it hasn t broken down but... The door seal is not very good - you have to push the fridge door closed quite hard. The freezer section is not much better. The plastic draws in the fridge section, and the fronts of the freezer shelves have broken a bit and care has to be taken pulling them out so as not to break them even more. However, the worst problem is the water that collects in the bottom and has to be emptied every few days. It comes from the defrost system - ice collects on the internal back surface of the fridge, then melts as it goes through its de-ice process. It is supposed to collect in a chan... Pro Line PBF55W-U ... this year I moved into a new flat, which had other white goods but no freezer. At first I thought it was fine, I could use the ice box in the fridge for things like chips, veggie mince and the odd ice lolly - I ve lived without a freezer before and thought I could do it again.
