Advantages: Easy to use and clean. Plenty of space.

Disadvantages: After sales dreadful.

Beko after sales must be one of the worst. I have an American AP930 fridge freezer. The water dispenser leaks and the door needs replacing. I have had 6 engineer visits so far, 6 doors, one for a different appliance completely. One door was badly damaged, one was the wrong colour and now they just keep arriving. There are 3 doors in my hallway, in 6ft by 2 ft boxes. I was supposed to have it fixed today. Definitely, finally, for certain. "I will see to it personally, madam, don't worry"
Don't worry?! They haven't got it right yet! Today I am told the engineer can't come after all! I have rearranged my life. All told I have lost around £500 in earnings too. I could have bought a replacement for that with far less hassle.
Think you've found a Beko bargain? Believe me you haven't. Better steer well clear!
