Advantages: Reliable/Solid build, Excellent Quality, Friendly/Prompt Support.

Disadvantages: Unknown brand, prompting questions by friends.

I guess, I can be called a "seasoned Beko owner", as I first bought my Beko fridge around 7 years ago. They were not not available in many shops then.

I needed a small, complementary fridge, saw this BEKO with a good energy rating. It was an unknown brand, but with that price, I thought I could take the risk.

It turned out to be a great product! Since then (around 5 years ago), I replaced my aging Bosch with a large BEKO fridge and it is working fine since then. Around same time, my next door neighbour changed his with a Bosch (at twice the price I paid) and he is having problems with the freezer part especially in summer. Meanwhile my el-cheapo BEKO works without any glitch.

I also bought a large TV set from them some years ago and I am very happy with it. I called their technical service for some information on the teletext page memory, they were very friendly, clear and keen to help me.

I wanted to buy also one of their washing machines, but their energy ratings were not so good, so I went for another brand.

I can recommend their refrigerators and TV sets to anyone on any day! Excellent quality.
