The top drawer is always freezing over so that you get a bid lump of ice/frost covering the drawer. Therefore I am forever having to defrost the freezer, then I have to use the fast freeze button to get everything back to temperature! This freezer is generally fine for purpose. It has the drawers: the top one is the shallowest, the middle one is the biggest (both in height and depth), the bottom drawer is 'L' shaped because of the components of the freezer. I have to say the you can almost fit anything in the middle draw. We fit a 16 pound turkey in one year.
