Advantages: Good value, ice cube trays in drawer fronts
Disadvantages: polystyrene pops loudly - Instructions are not clear
We bought this fridge freezer when we were putting in our new kitchen. This product looks the part and is on the less expensive side.
My reasons for buying this is the larger fridge on top and a spacious freezer on the bottom, three large drawers. The fridge and freezer are big enough as long as you don't bulk buy too much. The freezer has built in ice cube trays on the front of each drawer and I do actually use these as it saves buying ice and as it is contained within a tube that fits into the drawer front it doesn't take up space.
My biggest bug bear is that there is polystyrene in the central panel of the fridge, the instructions do not tell you to remove this and it therefore pops loudly as it contracts and expands due to the cooling of the fridge. Other than that it has been a good purchase and is now 1 year old and no real functional problems. So it has already outlasted my previous fridge freezer.
The freezer is frost free which has now got to be an essential to save defrosting.
Looks more expensive than it is and the ice trays are a genius piece of design! We bought ours from Boots kitchen appliances online for £239 about a year ago after seeing it in Comet for £279 so it is worth shopping around.
Summary: Frost free, good value fridge freezer with quirky ice cube tray design.
