The cold water dispenser is most often used and it is positioned such that my kids (7 & 9) can easily reach. The shelves are well positioned and the door racks are very handy. On the downside, the freezer compartment is slightly small as the ice maker takes up a bit of space. I have owned this fridge for 2 years and it is great. It's not as big as many of the other fridges of this type so it fits much better in the kitchen. I keep the temperature level for both fridge and freezer on 2 of a possible 5 which is enough to keep everything cold or forzen.
