Liebherr CUN 3031

Purchased this appliance 3rdseptember 2008, it stopped working on22ndnovember,contacted liebherr service department24th november,engineers rang me the same daythe earliest that they could come was thursdayafternoon24th november,came and part was ordered.Irang the service department to seeif the part had arrived,they rang back and arranged to fit the part on monday 8th december afternoon,this was the earliest time avaliable,at 5.54pm they rang to saythe engineer could'nt make it,no appology given,next time avaliable thursday 11th december morning.
No appology from liebheer,or offer of replacememt.
Iam not impressed with liebherr appliance or service,nd will certainly not be purchasing liebherr goods again.
