Never again !!! (Samsung SR-3928)

We purchased this product because it looked good, well designed , enough space but little did we know that every time we had a power failure we would have to call out an engineer to 'start' the fridge again each time losing a fridge and freezer ful of food because it takes 3+ days for an engineer to come out (we've had 3 power cuts in 22 months).

Added to that the sensors periodically freeze over which causes the fridge to stop operating (another callout please) and our freezer is definitely NOT frost free!

The manual explains nothing about what an error 'FS@ means or how to fix it. At £55+ for call out plus parts I'm praying there are not many power cuts in the future (the next power cut I will be buying a new fridge (definitely not a Samsung!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

All in all not a good buy.
