Good fridge freezer, however after 11 months of use the flap down door in the freezer compartment fell out as a result of plastic fatigue on the left hand side casing for attachment to the freezer. This meant flap fell out every time we opened the freezer. This is with usual and careful use by two adults. We spoke to Siemens who told us this was not covered by our warranty and we have had to purchase a new door flap at the price of £9.72. Be aware, things fall off this fridge and you will have to pay to replace them. When customer services were asked how to install the flap they said that instructions were not given with the replacement parts, which is pretty useless.
