I bought this fridge freezer in August 2005. It was very noisy and the temperature throughout was inconsistant. They replaced it with the same model within 5 weeks. Since then I have had the engineers out to repair it several times over the years for the exact same fault. I have finally discovered that the fact that it keeps freezing up at the back of the freezer drawers and blocking the fan had been a fault known to Whirlpool for some time and they have a modification kit for older models. But this kit will not fit mine as it is one of the earlier ones. They are finally writing it off after 3 years but insisting on replacing it with another Whirlpool fridge which I am reluctant to take. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

Dont bother, makes loud cracking noises, the thing freezes up in the freezer despite being called 'frost free'. Had it for 2.5 years and recently have to defrost it to get the fridge working
