It did take us a little while to notice too as it only really showed up with things like ice-cream as when we took it out it just wasn't cold enough. However, it was easily fixed at no cost to ourselves. The engineer that came out said it was a common fault with this particular model. We were kindly bought this fridge/freezer when we first moved into our house in August last year. We did have a good look through all the offers on at the time but Zanussi offered the best product for the price. Unfortunately we did have a slight problem with it.
