Lacie LightScribe DVD+R 4.7 GB 8x ... have always hated disk labels - they use up quite a bit of ink in your printer, you need to keep on adjusting the print settings to take into account the different paper type, it costs extra money for the label themselves, plus the software that comes with the printer to print the labels usually annoy me in their simplicity. So when I recently purchased my LG Blu-Ray combi disk drive (which I reviewed here: http://members.dooyoo.co.uk/cd-writers/lg-ggc-h20l/1237770/), I thought I would take up the opportunity to try out the Lightscribe technology when I next came round to buying a new spindle of discs. Sony DMW 30A DVD-RW (8cm) 1.4 GB 2x ... discs can be found on sale at Amazon and that is where I purchased the discs from. The price of them is around 4.99 for 2 discs which is a high price so you would expect good quality. I got a cover for each of my discs which is made strong to. I used the discs on my Camcorder a week later for a event in the family. The discs had one problem with them and that was they were slow to be recognized by the camcorder. The odd thing was my camcorder was a Sony make so It should have not had any problems with it but it did! Once I started to record it even made a lot of noises like it was stuck but the disc was put in fine! Once the recording was done I saved all the med... Imation DVD+RW 4.7 GB ... DVD RW discs can be found on sale at supermarkets and electrical stores. This is a single cd on sale which is not expensive to buy around a pound at most places. I got this discs as I needed to download a movie on to a disc. This disc came with a cover and the design of it is good as it has lines in the middle so you can write the name on the disc there. The first thing I did with the disc when taking it home was put in to my PC. The disc was picked up straight away and started to burn on my PC.
