Maxell 8mm tape 3.5 GB / 7 GB ... process which acts as a protective armor against heat, humidity, and eventual oxidation. The result is a tape durable enough to withstand at least 2,000 passes with an archival life of up to 30 years. This 8mm tape is 160m length and is capable to store normally up to 3.5GB of data or up to 7.0GB being compressed.
