Advantages: Good quality, can store up to 4.7 GB
Disadvantages: None
In my opinion TDK DVD+R DVDs are fantastic and are the best recordable DVDs out there.
The quality of these discs are top notch because they playback perfectly and I have never had any problems with them. I mainly use them to record programmes off sky because you can fit on a number of programmes onto one 4.7 GB disc. When recording programmes you can choose the recording mode that best suits you; the shorter the time, the better the quality. The recording modes are Fine (1hour), Standard Play (2hours), Long Play (4 hours), and Extended Play (6 hours).
I also use these discs to burn data using my computer and because they are up to 16x I am able to burn these discs at a fast rate. You can store any type of data onto these discs and with memory of 4.7 GB on one disc you are able to store lots of it. An example of the types of data you can store on them are music, photos, videos, word documents, etc.
The packaging of the product is very good because the DVDs are on a spindle meaning you can just slide them off easily when you wish to get a DVD. The outer casing screws on and off to prevent any DVDs from falling out so this is very useful.
Overall these are fantastic recording DVDs that allow you to store or record a variety of different things. I would highly recommend these DVDs to anyone looking to record because they are very reliable.
Summary: Great DVDs that allow you to store data and record programmes
