crab sticks, muscles, cod, prawns are all better for them.

This food is recomended by most pet shops, but not because it is good but because it makes them a lot of profit.

This turtle food claims to have all the substances a turtle needs in one tub but what they forget to tell you is you still need to add calcium into your turtles diet, by using calcium powder.
They still need uv and cuttle fish aswell so how can they say it is complete if you still have to add other things.

Any one who has used this will also agree it makes a right mess of your water because anything they dont eat goes slimy and makes the water cloudy as well as very smelly, pushing your nitrate through the roof.

It is also very expensive. £4.99 for a small tub that will last 1 turtle about a fortnight.

I feed my turtles on fresh fish which is what they would normaly eat in the wild as i think it is best to stick to there natural habbitat as much as possible.
