Akbars Restaurant, York

This is an Indian restaurant located in York City Centre. Although it is in the City Centre it isn't very central and it's more on the outskirts, just off Micklegate towards the train station so it is a bit of a trek to get to if you're in the centre of the city if that makes sense! We visited Akbars on a Saturday night and it was busy. We did book a table but the only time we could get for our group of 22 was at 9pm, which I thought was quite late.
