After spending many a summer in the USA, having a wide choice of fast food outlets at your finger tips, coming back to the UK where it was all burger based was always a bit of a let down. So when Barburrito started popping up around the country I was only more than happy to indulge and see what they had to offer. Being a big fan of Mexican food, I found it a great alternative to your normal fast food outlets such as McDonalds, Burger King, KFC etc.

With an operation that runs similar to fast food sandwich chain Subway, in the fact that you choose your (bread) Taco, Burrito, Salad Bowl or Nachos, then choose what spice off bean you want, then to meat, salsa, and any other extras you may want. You can have them on their own or make it a meal for a little extra, even having the choice of a mexican beer as your drink. Every meal is tailor made to your taste!

It is quick, efficient and more importantly tasty. I haven't had a bad experience yet. In fact our office uses Barburrito that much they have given us our own deal to keep us going back for more!

The setting of the fast food restaurants vary depending on which location you are at, for example the one in Liverpool One has a really nice seating area as does the one in the Trafford Centre, but I have been to some other city centre ones which have a very small seating area and it is more geared towards take-out.

Definitely worth a visit on your next lunch break!
