It's dinner-as-theatre, from the menus which arrive as origami birds in cages, to one of the wierdest desserts I've ever had (strawberry and chilli sorbet). It's thai fusion food, with the emphasis on fusion. The chef used to run the kitchen at the hempel, so he knows what he's doing.
