visit to boccaccio on 25/10/2007 was not an enjoyable experience to summerise ,my main course ,and that of my companion were both over cooked to my amazement ,when i brought this to the attention of the waiter,he just looked at me ,and took away my plate without any comment .as i was with company ,i waited until i got home and then phoned the restaurant ,and relayed my experience to the lady in charge ,who told me that the manager would contact me next day .i am still waiting . so much for costumer feedback .i will not be returning.
