Advantages: Really Good For You

Disadvantages: -

I am a big fan of juice bars now that I am trying to eat healthier and I always try and ensure that I do get my 5 a day.

When a Boost Juice Bar opened up in our local shopping centre, I just had to try it. Here they sell all sorts that are made with fruits and some fruits that I hadnt even ever heard of! Some of my new and old favourite fruits I enjoy in fruit juices include: watermelon, passion fruit, pineapple, banana, cranberry and acai berry. At the Boost bar, you can mix your own fruits together and make your own little concoction of fruits all mixed together.

I love buying and drinking a drink from Boost as not only does it taste great but its also really good for you. Here they sell a number of products all made with fruits. Some of which include: smoothies - super, low fat and skinny, crushes, wheatgrass, juices, boosters and hotties. I love the super smoothies and juices from here. They always taste so great.

What I love about these bars are that they are quick, healthy and might even be changing how some people live their lifestyle. For example if you are drinking one of these regularly, it will certainly make you think about getting healthier if not actually getting healthier!

These Boost Juice Bars are convenient for those who are on the go all the time and need a good fruit intake, but havent got the time to actually eat fruit. Instead they can just grab a Boost drink and thats one of your 5 a day! Each freshly squoze juice from Boost is one portion of your daily intake of fruit, so if you need a Boost, then this for sure will do it for you.

Each drink from Boost has its own nutritional value and of course they vary depending on which fruits you choose. Some have more calories than others too. Here are two of my favourite smmothies compared:

Mango Magic (per 100ml)
Calories 68
Protein 1.7g
Fat 1.2g Of which saturates 0.5g
Carbs 12.6g Of which sugars 11.7g

Skinny Minnie Melon (per 100ml)
Calories 32
Protein 0.7g
Fat 0.3g Of which saturates 0.1g
Carbs 6.2g Of which sugars 5.9g

If you look at the nutritional values, you will see that they are really good for you and the calorie count is really low. Overall I love Boost Juice Bars and will certainly continue buying from them as long. I feel healthier after drinking them and feel healthier on the whole.

Summary: A great place to get your fruit intake
