 Brasserie 10-16 (Chester) ... the Gorse Stacks Car Park, on the roundabout at the end of Hoole Way. Recent redecoration has resulted in a new, more comfortable look for the restaurant. The menu offers an eclectic range with an emphasis on the freshest ingredients and the creation of exciting flavours. There truly is something for everyone, from simple dishes such as smoked haddock fishcake on wilted spinach with a wholegrain mustard buerre blanc, to the gastronomic delights of whole roast sea bream oven baked with fennel, parsley and tomatoes or chargrilled pork on butter bean puree with spicy chorizo sausage and roast tomatoes.Newest Review: ... which was really refreshing and tasty, whilst we waited for the rest of the party to arrive. Once all of the party had arrived we were asked if we wanted to have additional drinks in the lounge or move to our table, by this point we had been waiting 40 minutes for the other girls to arrive so we were so hungry we all opted to move to the table. The table was located next to the bar (good ... more ... decision by the staff!!) and the modern décor set a relaxed mood with the candle lit tables very nice and definitely a nice touch.

On yet another hen night, the hen had decided to keep the venue local and Chester was our destination, as two members of our party are currently pregnant we decided to keep it low key but still have good time so we were booked in to Brasserie 10-16 for cocktails and a meal first. *~*The Location*~* Brasserie 10-16 is located at Brookdale Place in Chester which is a 5 minute walk from the city centre of Chester located just off Frodsham Street and over the canal it is a pleasant walk on a nice summers evening.
