During our November trip to Hartlepool, we decided to have breakfast at the nearby Old West Quay. The restaurant is easy to find and has plenty of carparking spaces. My review is purely based on our breakfast there but our friend from Hartlepool highly recommends the restaurant for lunch and dinner for all the family.
