More Restaurants Needed. (Burger King)

Advantages: Onion Rings all year, food tastes good.

Disadvantages: Not everywhere has a BK, but everywhere has a McDonalds.

Burger King is an American fast food outlet chain with headquarters in Miami Florida. Often shortned to BK, it operates over 11.5 thousand restaurants in 71 countries most of those being in the United States. That's one thing to say from the beginning, it's not always as easy to find a local BK as it is to find a McDonald's as BK operate much fewer branches, I know that in my own city there are no Burger Kings and yet there are 3/4 McDonalds.

I tend to have Burger King when I travel to London as I have to go through Paddington Station where there is an indoor branch. Burger King, as you may guess sells mostly Burgers and it has several variations. Its most famous Burger is The Whopper, which is pretty much the signature product. I tend to like the bacon double cheeseburger best and it's also one of the cheapest, I think I pay £4.99 for a medium meal which is good as most meals seem to be over £5.

How does Burger King Compare to McDonalds?

Well in all honesty they're both pretty similiar, though I tend to find McDonalds has a slightly bigger range with a slightly healthier focus than BK, though that could just be my delusional head. There are couple of other bits and pieces, for example BK sells onion rings all year round whereas McDonald's only seems to sell them occasionally on special deals. A friend of mine told me that BK burgers are grilled in a slightly different fashion to McDonald's burgers as well, so they have more of a BBQ type taste, though I can't say I've noticed this personally.

Summary: I have no reason not to recommend BK.
