Various point to raise (Burger King)

This is going to be hard to write as I have many points to raise.
I will start off with what us the consumers need to know about the food.

All the burgers have time limits on them, after so long they are thrown away. Not always the case though. If it is busy they wipe the original mark off the box/wrapper and re-mark it. This is sometimes done various times.
The Spicy Bean burger is advertived as suitable for veggies, well the burger itself is but not once it has been cooked. It is cooked along side meat in the same fat whereas the veggie burger is microwaved.

I would now like to move ur attention to the staff. If you are a new employee you need training. After 6 weeks in the job not all workers are trained, infact after 6 weeks you could be the most experienced work apart form managers.
Working in the atmosphere they work in the uniforms will get pretty smelly so they need a few to keep them going, not always the case. Some full time workers own one uniform. This means they can only wash it when they have a day off this may only be 2 days a week if they are lucky.
If you were to work there in the kitchens, how many people would you think would be there during the busy time? Well in the chesterfield store you would be lucky to see 2 people. The managers would be sitting around talking and have the kitchen staff shouting at them for help.
Now comes their pay. Well it comes to pay day u expect to see money in ur bank account but u look but no nothing. The management get onto pay roll. The following week you look in your account but still no pay. The big boss sacks some people at pay roll and allows money to be taken out of the takings to pay you with. The next pay is in the bank but not much. Time to see the pay slip which u oinly have for this pay. They have emergancy taxed you and taken away the money they gave u from the till. By this time you are about £400 down. By the next week they finally sort ur pa
y out but u r still being emergancy taxed and are £400 down. If only the management could be bothered to sort out the tax forms then at least the emergancy tax would not be happening. But the company still owe about £400. Would you be angry? I would think so. This is what has happened to one staff member in chesterfield. Luckierly he has a job at McDonalds but is now afraid they will drag out this £400 payment out for much longer. Watch this space for an update on that.
New update, they also make their staff work extra hours without choice or notice. By this I mean telling them on the day that someone is coming that night to clean certain stuff so they have to stay and then clean up after the other people, meaning the staff have to cancel their plans and don't get reinburst if they have lost money because of it.
The managers at BK in chesterfield should be sacked, for treating their staff like shit, running a shit hole, and not training staff properly, oh and also for being incompatant bastards.

The store in general is a sambles. Only yesterday was I in there. They had one full time workers and 4 new workers and a managers. Upstairs the bins were over flowing and the trays where stacked everywhere. As for the tables you would be lucky to find a clean one and at this point the place wasn't even busy.
I wanted to order a BK Veggie Burger although I don't really like them. It was about 11am so you would have thought they had enough burgers. Unfortunetely that morning there was a delievery and not enough veggie burgers had be got out, this has not just happened the once. The staff well all I can say was 4 out of the 6 were new infact their first day. They had no idea what was going on as nobody had time to tell them.
The manager who served the woman next to me was so rude and obnoxious to her. I am surprised they get any business. Well anyway I just ordered a drink and fries. I took the
m upstairs and found a clean table. Oppposite me were a family, they had got some of the sauces which they now charge 10p for. Well they wanted 2 tomato and2 BBQ well they got 4 BBQ, they couldn't be bothered to go back and get them changed so they used the BBQ. One young girl who had wanted BBQ opened it to find tomato sauce, the family them wondered if the others were tomato to their surprise they were. So not only had they not got what they asked for on first appearences but when opened were shocked to find the label didn't match the contents.

The staff may not be like this in all stores but in chesterfield they are, so watch out.
