I cannot even begin to explain how bad the dinning experience is at Cafe 52. Cold, cramped venue. Dull, small menue. Food was so bad it was beyond beliefe. Once famed for fresh seafood Cafe 52 has gone down hill and is now unrecognisable. DO NOT EAT HERE

Cafe 52 was once THE restaurant in Aberdeen with a truly imaginative menu. Unfortunately those days are long gone. It really is living on its past reputation. The food portions have reduced and the choice and quality has been dumbed down although the prices have risen. It really is a shame to see such a decline. When will management realize that the punters are not stupid and will simply move on. I know I have !

I went to cafe 52 today, i sent my burger back.. it was cold as were the 10 chips! the people i were with had cold bland betrrot pasta... which has no beetroot. I'm usually a big big fan of Cafe52 but it really really has gone downhill. Next time i'll go to moonfish round the corner

This has to be the best restaurant in Aberdeen, the food is out of this world, the staff are warm and friendly, the restaurant is small and very unusual, but that is what makes it so special. There is something endearing about the rickety tables and the simple but very effective decor that makes this place unique, it is ... Read the complete review

Cafe 52 is known as "The Red Cafe", due to it's interior decor...basically stone walls painted deep red, with the odd piece of displayed artwork for sale. The cafe is small, and not the easiest place to find if you don't know Aberdeen well, although it is close to both Union Street and the bus and train ... Read the complete review

Café 52 is situated in what is called The Green in Aberdeen. This is a small pedestrianised area just off Union Street. It has been here for several years now and was started by, as they call themselves, a couple of amateurs. Since then Café 52 has been a roaring success. It is housed in the ground floor of a narrow ... Read the complete review
