I have been living in Glasgow for three years now and this is where I discovered Indian Cuisine and its wonders! Hence, as a true gastronomic explorer, I have been taking my partner to various Indian restaurants, the last one being CAFE INDIA. I am actually surprised we never went there before, as I heard so much about it, it was voted by critics BEST INDIAN restaurant in the UK in both 1998 and 1999...it says a lot! I reckon the location is not the best, by the M8 at smokey Charing Cross, just in front of the Mitchell Library...but this night we had some guests from France and we wanted to impress them and taste some real great cuisine! ...
