Café Jazz in Cardiff is a bar/restaurant attached to the Sandringham Hotel in Cardiff. It is next to the enterance to the hotel and with no big signs above it, just a billboard outside, it isn't really very noticeable, you have to know what you are looking for. When you first go in, you meet the dance floor/stage area and there is a walk way along the side leading to the bar.
