I love Italian food, in fact it is my staple diet. Admittedly in my time, I have tried the majority of the restaurants in the Newcastle area, and I have to say that Cappricios in my out and out favourite. This is a hidden gem. If you weren't looking for this restaurant you'd walk straight past it as the small doorway is hidden away among the pubs and shops in Newcastle's Bigg Market and an ideal start for something to eat before you hit the town, or a nice meal with family, friends or a partner.
