Chquitos have re-designed their menu and i have to say i am impressed. The food is not only value for money but delicious too. The staff are attentive and helpfull and the ambiance of the restaurant leaves you feeling relaxed and at home.

I went for lunch with my sister a few weeks ago and we had the lunch time special. The lunchtime menu had lots of choice, i chose the stuffed red pepper wich was delicious. For my main meal i ordered the sizzling fajhita, because it was off the lunchtime menu i expected it to be a smaller portion than the normal menu and was pleasently surprised when it arrived, there was enough to feed two people!!! it was gorgeous, the kind of food that makes you want to eat it forever. For desert i had chocolate fudge cake with ice cream, the fudge cake was out of this world.

The staff are welcoming and inviting. We had my nephew with us and as soon as we walked through the door we were given a bowl of popcorn for him so he didn't get bored waiting for his food. He was also given crayons and a colouring book wich he loved. The waiting staff asked him what he wanted for his lunch and pointed out all his choices, this made him feel very grown up. The kids menu is good, mainly just sausage and mash, fish fingers and chips or pizza, but kids love that kind of food. He also got a desert wich was almost the same size as mine!!!!

The layout of the restaurant is great, they have enough room between the tables so that you don't feel like anyone is imposing on your family meal, the music is uplifting and makes you happy. The toilets are clean and checked regulary wich is a huge plus for me.

I will be going again this year maybe for my husbands birthday, the food is delicious and the welcome you get from the staff is second to none.
