Very poor service and very ordinary food

A really very disappointing experience at Leicester 02/06/2010.
Food has never been great but on this occasion the service was even worse. Very slow and broadly dis-interested with the exception of one server who at least made the effort. Duty manager noticeable by his/her absence.
Food lived up to expectations as being just passable.
As a gesture of goodwill was given free starters but then found that everyone who filled in a form could get a starter free with a main course.
Service problems were too long to take drinks order, too long to take food order, two starters came 10 minutes apart and then just too long to get food and bill. If I wanted a 90 minute meal I'd have gone to a good restaurant.
I would avoid this branch like the plague as they were very poor at customer service and I await their feedback on my complaints.
