I must say, the best coffee house in Belfast. Always near to full, a real place to meet and catch up. I regularly go and have done for years. Quirky interior and quirky staff who are largely very pleasant. Well though out in that the menu is fairly limited, sandwiches, panini, soup and traybakes basically. The coffee is so nice, beats Starbucks into a cocked hat in my opinion. The traybakes are to die for. Not the place to go on a diet, the raspberry and almond squares are fantastic. Clements is a chain of coffee shops across Belfast. The Donegall Square West branch has sister shops on Botanic Avenue, Stranmillis Road, Royal Avenue and Rosemary Street. All of the shops in the chain serve the same menu, and the consistency in product is maintained partly by rotation of staff from one premises to another. Not being a coffee drinker myself, I cannot comment on their varied range of coffees, but I regularly go there with a group of friends who are, and they seem happy to continue drinking it.
