Advantages: Perfect filtered coffee and really nice
Disadvantages: Expensive
Costa Coffee, the food/drink chain that we end up buying from when in a motorway services and nowhere else (such as in town)
So you're travelling the motorways of Great Briton for work or for getting around (seeing family) and chances are you'll stop to refuel the old batteries, rid your body of waste (call of nature) and somewhere you'll find a Costa and the temptation to spend £5 on a paper mug full of freshly brewed coffee.
I have been a coffee fan for many a year and although I can make filtered coffee from ground it takes too long and early in the morning isn't something you want to do. Instant isn't the way to go and although it is good first thing it isn't something you'd drink after such time.
This dilemma creates two options, Starbucks or Costa, and I would always choose Costa any day of the week (unless I can only go to Starbucks). Why Costa I hear you cry and why waste money on over priced coffee? Well the answer is simple, nothing compares to the great taste of freshly brewed 'proper' coffee and yes you can go to places like Pumpkin but in my opinion Costa make the best and Starbucks are way too expensive .
Costa's not all about coffee though and their cakes and muffins etc... again are expensive but ooh soo nice.
Overall for coffee drinkers I would definitely recommend Costa hands down.
Summary: A definate recommend
