I was on 1st July 2009 at HEATHROW airport, TERMINAL 2 at around 5pm. My friends and I decided to have coffee from Costa Coffee there and were very disappointed by the rude service. We asked for ice blended drinks but were given instate drinks with ice cubes in and when we asked why there are not what we ordered we got very rude answer and service and the end we had to drink the ice cube coffees, which were tasteless.
