Cyberia is the main Cybercafe in the Manchester area. Located in the heart of Manchester, on Oxford street and just across from the central libarary. It is a stylish café with good access to the net. I’m not too sure whether the popularity of cybercafes are now falling given that there are so many people with access at home or at work. Manchester has a very large student population all of whom will have free access through university. The central libarary is also a great resource for Internet access and is free.
