Best customer service I've ever had anywhere! (Domino's Pizza)

As a huge lover of pizzas, I am delighted to say that Dominos are the number one pizza company out there in my opinion.

The pizzas themselves are more home made style than Pizza Hut. The toppings are generous, and there are around 10 pizza styles to choose from, so plenty of selection. The phone is always answered within two rings, and 95% of the time pizzas arrive within 20 minutes of ordering. Price-wise they're about average, with an 'any pizza any size £12 delivered' deal on that makes them competitive with the other pizza delivery companies. You can order online, although the £12 deal isn't on there, so I never have.

What sets Dominos apart from the others is their customer service. Firstly, if the pizza is late, I've been given half price a couple of times. Secondly, when I was given too much change from the driver and phoned in about the mistake, I was given a free pizza. Thirdly, when I had one yesterday that had a small hair on it, they delivered a new free one right away. Dominos really is a customer first company. In all my dealings on any level, I have never come across such a good customer first ethic as with this company. I've been a happy customer for nearly 5 years, and the price has only gone up £3 in all that time (used to be any pizza for £9) so I think that's very reasonable considering price increases in other areas.
