Advantages: convenient

Disadvantages: no manager on site, vending machines broken

Like the other reviewers here, I have on many occasions used EasyInternet for quick and easy access to my email, jobsearch, etc. HOWEVER, I must issue a warning to all potential customers: be certain that the vending machines (where you buy your credit to use the internet) are in order before you put your money in! At the Tottenham Court Rd location I've lost money twice (the 2nd being about 20 minutes ago) and there is no one on site to return your money. Very disappointing.
